Meet Our Founder/CEO

Dr. Teshia Koffi
Scholar-Practitioner | Lead Researcher
A mission driven, strategic, and "extremely" outcomes-oriented practitioner, Dr. Koffi is passionate about both the transformation of organizations and the authentic value of people. With a decade of experience in organization development and DEI, she asserts that organizational values are proactive, actionable, structural, and palpable. Refreshingly, Dr. Koffi does not ceaselessly talk about the importance of a dynamic, supportive, productive, inclusive, and diverse workplace... she institutionalizes it.
"Our services are grounded in both the organization and social sciences, specializing in the improvement of organizational structures, policies, processes, culture, and behavior. Thus, we are an organization development company with an equitable, diverse, and inclusive lens. CCD is inquiry-based, systems-oriented, research-informed, outcome-driven, and humanistic. We provide pragmatic solutions that enhance the effectiveness of organizations and the value of its people."
Dr. Koffi holds an earned Doctorate in Administrative Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah, M.Ed. from East Central University, B.A. from Furman University, and A.S. from Seminole State. She also serves as the Senior Consultant for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Koffi's academic research focuses on the ways in which adverse socio-political ideologies influence decision-making processes among administrative leaders, and further examines why these ideologies are perceived to be essential for organizational function and effectiveness.
Dr. Koffi is revered for her expertise in leadership, organizational systems, and driving outcomes around DEI.
